Notice is hereby given that the Zoning Board of Adjustment (ZBA) will meet in Regular Session,on:
Thursday, June 15, 2000
7:30 PM
Municipal Building
3800 University Boulevard
West University Place, Texas
The subjects of the meeting are as follows:
1. Call to Order. Report as to notice of ineeting.
2. Protocol
3. Citizens who wish to be heard. Citizens who wish to address items that are not on the agenda will be
pernutted to speak to the ZBA after introducing themselves and giving thei.r address. State law will not
permit the ZBA to fully discuss, debate or consider items that are not on the agenda. Items that cannot be
referred to the City Staff for action may be placed on the agenda of a future ZBA meeting.
4. Citizens who wish to address agenda items. Citizens who wish to address specific agenda items will be
permitted to speak to the ZBA after introducing themsetves and giving their address.
• 5. Public Hearing of Docket 00-14. Matters relating to a request for an appeal of a determination made by
the City's Building Official, projection schedule Table 7-6 addressing porches/platforms/decks that are
allowed to project up to 120" into the front yard.
6. Public Hearing of Docket 00-15. Matters relating to a request for a Special Exception of a Prior
Nonconforming (PNC) to widen garage by 1.5 feet into side-yard.
7. Consideration and possible action concerning Docket 00-14.
S. Consideration and possible action concerning Docket 00-15.
9. Meeting Minutes. Matters relating to the approval of minutes from the meeting held on May 18, 2000.
10. Adjournment.
