• Re~~ed~~ Notice of Zoning Board of Adjustment Meeting
Notice is hereby given that the Zoning Board of Adjustment (ZBA) will meet in Regular Session on:
Thursday, July 20, 2000
7:30 PM
Municipal Building
3800 University Boulevard
West University Place, Texas
The subjects of the meeting are as follows:
1. Call to Order. Report as to notice of ineeting.
2. Protocol
3. Citizens wlio wish to be heard. Citizens who wish to address items that are not on the agenda will be
perm.itted to speak to the ZBA after introducing themselves and giving their address. State law will not
permit the ZBA to fully discuss, debate or consider items that are not on the agenda. Items that cannot be
refened to the City Staff for action may be placed on the agenda of a future ZBA meeting.
4. Citizens who wish to address agenda items. Citizens who wish to address speci~c agenda items will be
permitted to speak to the ZBA after introducing themselves and giving their address.
• 5. Public Hearing of Docket 00-16. Matters relat.ing to a request for a variance regarding required interior
side yards. Article 7-101, Table 7-2.
6. Consideration and possible action concerning Docket 00-16.
7. Meeting Minutes. Matters relating to the approval of minutes from the meeting held on June 15, 2000.
