Notice is hereby given that the Zoning Board of Adjustment (ZBA) will meet in a Special Session on:
Wednesday September 13, 2000
7:30 PM
Municipal Building
3800 University Boulevard
West University Place, Texas
The subjects of the meeting are as follows:
1. Call to Order. Report as to notice of ineeting.
2. Election of Chair Person.
3. Protocol.
4. Citizens who wish to Ue heard. Citizens who wish to address items that are not on the agenda will be
permitted to speak to the ZBA after introducing themselves and giving their address. State law will not
permit the ZBA to fully discuss debate or consider items that are not on the agenda. Items that cannot be
refened to the City Staff for action may be placed on the agenda of a future ZBA meeting.
~ 5. Citizens who ~vish to address agenda items. Citizens who wish to address specific agenda items will be
permitted to speak to the ZBA after introducing themselves and giving their address.
6. Public Hearing of Docket 00-17. Matters relating to a request for a Special Exception to extend or
reinstate PNC status for parking lot at 3636 Rice Blvd. Section 12-105 SPECIAL EXCEPTION TO
EXTEND PNC STATUS.
7. Public Hearing of Docket 00-18. Matters relating to a request for a Variance to allow projecrion into the
front yard setback at 3819 Sunset, Article 7, 2-13, Table 7-6.
S. Public Hearing of Docket 00-19. Matters relating to a request for a Variance to allow a structure to
project into interior side yard at 3121 Sunset Blvd., Article 7, Table 7.2, Interior Side Yard.
9. Public Hearing of Docket 00-20. Matters relating to a request for a Variance to allo~v the one enclosed
parking space to be removed from 3809 Rice Blvd. and to require the two remaining off-street parlcing
spaces to be maintained. Article 10, Section 10-100 (a)(1).
10. Consideration and possible action concerning Docket 00-17.
11. Consideration and possible action concerning Docket 00-18
12. Consideration and possible action concerning Docket 00-19

14. Meeting Minutes. Matters relating to the approval of minutes from the meeting held on July 20, 2000.
