NOTICE OF ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT HEARING
The Zoning Board of Adjustment ("ZBA") of the City of West University Place, Texas ("City") will
hold a public hearing in the Municipal Building, 3800 University Boulevard, and City of West
University Place, Texas at 7:30 P.M. on November 16, 2000. The hearing may be recessed and
continued to the ZBA meeting set to begin at 7:30 P.~vr. on December 21, 2000 at the same place.
The purpose of the hearing is to provide an opporhinity for all persons to be heard in relation to the
following matter:

Legul descriptio~z of tl:e site: Lot One (1) in Block Eighteen (18) of Colonial Terrace,
Section "C" an addition in Harris County, Texas, according to
the map or plat thereof recorded in Vol. 655, Page 517 of the
Deed Records of Harris County, Texas.

Actiaa Reqcrested or Proposed: Request for a special exception to allow new home
construction at 4130 Marlowe with garage space door
openings to be less than 10 foot from front building setback
line per attached drawings. Applicant is requesting the garage
space door openings to be three foot from front building
setback line in lieu of ten foot f.rom front building setback
~ line.
Applicable regulations include the City's Zoning Ordinance, Chapter 211 of the Texas Local
Government Code and the rules of~ the ZBA. Additional details on such matters, as well as, the
