Notice of Meeting of the Zoning Board of Adjustment
Notice is hereby given that the Zoning Board of Adjustment (ZBA) of the City of West University Place, Texas
will meet in a Regular Session on:
Thursday December 21, 2000
7:30 Pnn
Bill Watson Conference Room
3800 University Boulevard
West University Place, Texas
The subjects of the meeting are as follows:
1. Call to Order. Report as to notice of ineeting.
2. Citizens who ~vish to be t-eard. Citizens ~vho wish to address items that are not on the agenda will be
permitted to~ speak to the 7BA after introdueing themselves and giving their address. State ]aw will not
permit the ZBA to fully discuss debate or consider items that are not on the agenda. Items that cannot be
referred to the City Staff for action may be placed on the agenda of a future ZBA meeting.
3. Citizens who ~vish to address agenda items. Citizens who wish to address speci~c agenda items will be
permitted to speak to the ZBA after introducing tllemselves and giving their address.
. 4. Public Hearing of Docket 00-26. Matters relating to a request for a Special Exception at 4004 Bellaire
Boulevard, to reinstate Prior Non-Conforming status of the Pervious Area requirement in commercial
district due to the Sunset Provision.
5. Meeting 1Vlinutes. Matters relating to the approval of minutes from the meeting held on October 19,
2000 and November 16, 2000.
6. Adjournment.
