NOTICE OF ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Zoning Board of Adjustment will hold a
meeting on October 22,1998 beginning at 7:30 P.M. in the LUNCH ROOM of the PUBLIC
WORKS BUILDING located at 3826 Amherst, West University Place, Texas, 77005. The
subject (s) of the meeting are as follows: '

Survey, A-61 totallying 0.4891 acres of land.
a. Request for variance concerning parking areas being paved with reinforced concrete.
