NOTICE OF MEETING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Zoning Board of Adjustment of the ,~',ity~of West University Place, Texas
("City") will hold a meeting beginning at 7:30 p.m. on November 19, 1998. The meeting will be held in the Lunch
Room of die Public Works Building, which is located at 3826 Amherst, Houston, Texas 77005. The subject of the
meeting is as follows:
1. Call to Order.
2. Hearing of the Public.
3. Minutes of Prior Meeting.
4. Matters relating to 4130 Riley (Lot 67 and the West 1/2 of Lot 68, Fairhaven Addition).
a. Request for hearing of variance application heard November 5, 1998 regarding side
yard.
b. (If hearing granted):
(1) Rehearing of variance appplication regarding side yard.
(2) Written decision on same
c. (If hearing is not granted):
(1) Written decision on variance application heard November 5,
1998.
d. Other related matters.
5. Revisions to the rules of procedures of the Zoning Board of Adjustrnent.
