CHAPTER 22 U.rban Forest preservation and Enhancement.
See.: 22.003. Tree disposition (for buDding permits); tree surveys
(a) General requirement. Every permit for devdopIhent or pre-devdopment activity must contain
tree disposition conditions meeting the requirements oftlUs section.
(b) Essential and mandatory conditions. Tree disposition conditions are the most important means
ofp~the mban forest of the Otyftom ~le ~ during devdopmeot and pr<Hievdopment

(1) Tree Survey. 1.'he app1icaat must haw filed a De ~a and the UIban~must have

must have been inserted into the permit. The mban forester may JeqUire an persons owaiDg land

(d) -/.nw-impaci" exuption. Except for the requirement to insert the mandatol}' conditions. this
section does not apply to a subject site, project or other adivity that will not have any significant, adverse
effect upon any large tree, as determined by the urban forester.
