REGULAR MEETING OF ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
APRIL 15, 1976
The Zoning Board of Adjustment convened in regular session. at the City Hall
on Thursday, April 15,.1976, 7:30 p.m., with the following members present:
Chairman Casey,. presiding; member Frank Billings., Alternate member Dan
Doughty had been designated to sit as a member in the absence of Bob Johnson.
Members Ayres and Wilkins were absent. Alternate member Frank Burge was also
absent.
Chairman Casey determined that in accordance with the Rules of Procedure of
the Zoning Board of Adjustment a quorum was not present and, therefore, no
hearing could be held on the applications to be considered.
Motion by Mr. Billings, seconded by Mr. Doughty, that the regular meeting
of the Zoning Board of Adjustment be recessed until Thursday, April 22, 1976.
Voting Aye:. All
Voting No: None
With no further business to come before the Board at this time, upon motion
duly made, seconded and carried the meeting adjourned at 7:45 p.m.
