REGULAR MEETING OF ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
OCTOBER 18, ..1973..........._..
The Zoning Board. of Adjustment convened in regular session at
the City Hall on Thursday, October 18, 1973, with the follow-
ing members present: Cha`~man Philip Dunn, presiding; members
Jahns, Johnson and. Hilton. Alternate member Casey was designated.
to act as a member in the absence of Mr. Wilkins.
Minutes of the August 8th, August 16th and. September 19 meetings
of the Zoning Board of Adjustment were presented for consfder-
ation.
Motion by Mr. Jahns, seconded. by Mr. Johnson, that minutes of
the August 16th and September 19th meetings be approved as
submitted and that minutes of the meeting of August 8th be approved
as changed to show prior to the voting that during the discuss-
ion it was pointed- out that the action taken by the Zoning Board
of Adjustment would. allow completion of Mr. Mc Neir's I,a.ndscap-
ing.

In keeping with their earlier decision to devote`~time and study
to the Rules of Procedure and. make such changes, amendments. or
modifications as deemed. necessary, the Board considered. the Rules
of Procedure as amended..
Motion by Mr. Johnson, seconded. by Mr. Hilton, that the Rules of
Procedure be adopted as amended.

Chairman. Dunn advised. the Board that he had been requested. to
appear before the City Commission at its regular meeting on
Monday, October 22, 1973, to present a progress report of the
activities of the Zoning Board. of Adjustment.
Mr. Dunn requested. that members advise him if any of them had
special items to be considered by the Board. when no public
hearing had. been scheduled..
