Marphy ar~d Tom Smith. Mr. and. Mrs. 0. W. Paine, Jr., 3616 Rice Boulevard., appeared. before the Board. with a request that they be pe.rr~.itted to remove the existing garage on their property and. construct an accessory building far use of their parents ;.together s~Tith a utility room. As an alternate pro- posal Mr. Paine requested that the same sp~wce be allowed. for construc- tion as an addition to their home. The proposed. remodeling of garage any? quarters on the property of Mr. J. Emerson grown, 342f~ LTr~i~rersity Boulev~.rd, was al~:o presenters far discussion.
