REGULAR MEETING OF ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
DECEMBER 21, 1964
The Zoning Board of Adjustment convened in regular session on Monday,
December 2l, 1964, 7:30 p.m., at the City Hall with the following
members present: Chairman Snyder, presiding; Members Livermore,
Whenthoff, Frank and Murff.
There was only one application docketed ten days prior to the regular
meeting date, as required by the Rules of Procedure of"the Zoning
Board of Adjustment. This was the application of Mr. Genaro Novoa,
2634 Tangley, who requested permission to enclose his 18 X 18 foot
garage for use as a hobby room for his father who lives there with him.
After discussion, the following action was taken: Motion by Mr.
Livermore, seconded b~ Mr. Murff that the request of Mr. Genaro Novoa
for permission to enclose his 18 X 18' garage for use as a hobby room
for his father, at 2634 Tangley, be granted, subject to the execution
of an affidavit that the room will never be rented or used for any
commercial purposes, and that no plumbing fixtures be installed in
the enclosed room.
Voting Aye: All
Voting No: None
There being no further business to come before the Board at this time,
upon motion duly made, seconded and carried, the meeting was adjourned.
