SPECIAL MEETING
ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
OCTOBER 25, 1979
The Zoning Board of Adjustment of the City of West University Place convened
in special session at the City Hall on Thursday, October 25, 1979, 7:30 p.m.,
with the following members present: Chairman Doughty, presiding: Members
Billings, Commander and McCandless.
An application for rehearing on appeal docketed #79-14 from Frederic and
Helen Gardner to build a single-family detached residence on a lot 30 ft.
x 150 ft. at 3620 Amherst was presented for consideration.
Board members discussed the rehearing application as to information submitted
meeting procedural requirements.
Motion by Mr. Billings, seconded by Mr. Commander, that application docketed #79-
14, be reconsidered and rehearing scheduled for the next regular meeting.

Motion by Mr. Billings, seconded by Mr. Commander, that in view of Thanksgiving
holiday, next regularly scheduled meeting will be November 28, 1979.

With no further business to come before the Board, upon motion duly made, seconded
and carried, the meeting adjourned at 7:55 p.m.
