ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 9, 1985
7:30 P.M.
The .Zoning Board of Adjustment of the City of West University Place,
Texas met in Organizational Meeting on Monday, September 9, 1985, 7:30
P. M. with the following members present: Chairperson Billings, presiding,
members Crain, Maloney, McKelvey, Minor; alternate members Heaton, Marshall
and McNeir.
Chairperson Billings entertained a motion .that since the current Rules
of Procedure were not received in time for review by members for amend-
ments that these Rules of Procedure be temporarily adopted as submitted.
Mr. Minor moved the motion, seconded by Mr. Maloney.
Voting aye: all Voting no: none
Motion by Mr. Crain, seconded by Mr. Maloney, that Mr. Billings be
nominated as Chairperson. Motion was duly made and seconded for nomin-
ation to cease and Mr. Billings be elected by acclamation.
Voting aye: all Voting no: none
Motion by Ms. Marshall, seconded by Mr. Minor, that McKelvey, be nom-
inated for Vice-Chairman. Motion was duly made and seconded that
nominations cease and Ms. McKelvey be elected by acclamation.
Voting aye: all Voting not none
After a discussion of the most convenient time for scheduling regular
meetings of the Zoning Board. of Adjustment for the next term,. motion
by Mr. McNeir, seconded by Mr. Maloney, that the 3rd Thursday of each
month be designated as the regular. meeting of the Zoning Board of Ad-
justment.
Voting aye: all Voting no: none
After a discussion and question period concerning procedures, applications
and general information, upon motion duly made and seconded, the meeting
adjourned at 8:25 P.M.
