living space in rear 20 feet of property. They stated this construction was
there when they bought the property.

Attn: Lee Lockard
City Secretary
Dear Neighbors:
I understand that the Office of Inspection, City of West University Place, has
ruled that a bathroom on the north end of the house located at 3700 Nottingham,
the property of Mr. and Mrs. A.P. Fatherree, may encroach upon the."rear yard
area." I do not consider such an encroachment, if it is in deed one, a problem
for my property. In fact, I believe the Fatherrees' to be extensively remodel-
ing and upgrading 3700 Nottingham which should benefit the whole area.
