REGULAR MEETING
ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
JULY 20, 1983
The Zoning Board of Adjustment of the City of West University .Place convened in
regular session at the City Hall on Wednesday, July 20, 198.3; 7:30 p.m., with the
following members present: Vice-Chairperson Fougerat; presiding, Member Feazel.
Building Inspector Wayne E. Perry was also present.
Vice-Chairperson Fougerat ascertained from the secretary that Notice of Meeting
had been posted in the City Hall on July 15, 1983; Notice of Public Hearing was
published in The Houston Chronicle on July 6, 1983; Notice to Interested Property
Owners were mailed on July 6,,1983.
Public Hearing was called to order to receive withdrawal of docketed number
83-6 from Mr. John E. Kennedy, withdrawing his application to the Zoning Board
of Adjustment:
Lot 8; Block 6
Pemberton Addition
2617 Pemberton
C
to place air conditioning compressor unit on three (3') ft. setback.
Letters were received from the following concerning this application:
Mr. Nelson C. Turner at 2626 Pemberton Drive and Mr. Fred E. Brown at
2610 Pemberton Drive. Each correspondence was opposed to this application.
With no further business to come before the Board, the meeting adjourned at
7:35 P.M.
