SPECIAL MEETING
ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT..
NOVEMBER 26, 1980
The Zoning Board of Adjustment of the City of West University Place convened in
special session at the City Ha11, November 26, 1980, 4:00 p.m., with the following
members present: Chairman Doughty, presiding; Members Cummings, Fougerat and McCand-
less.
The following request for a rehearing on application docketed #80-8 from H. J. Foster.
was presented for consideration:

Re: Request for a rehearing on Docket No. 80-8
Members of the Board:
Further to our presentation to the Zoning Board of Adjustment on November 19,
1980, and their susequent ruling, we hereby request a rehearing on Docket No. 80-8.
Our request for re-hearing is based on our intention to submit additional informa-
tion in support of our request for a variance. This information will include:
1. More detailed background and supporting information on our justification for
the requested variance; in part because of our not realizing the details and
specifics needed by the Board;
2. presentation by a principal of Joel Brank Associates, the architect on this
residence, and ourselves, covering the original history in the design, sub-
mission of construction plans to the City, .and construction of the residence;
3. discussion by ourselves, the architect, and the company that designed and
installed the security system responding to the Board's comments and sugges-
tions on the feasibility and practicality of changes/modification to correct
the present hardship.

Motion by Mr. Cummings, seconded by Mrs. Fougerat, that the request for a rehearing
be accepted and set for the next regular meeting of the Board.
