MINUTES DECEMBER 18,1997 I. MEMBERS PRESENT: Michael Neal, Mazk Plagens, Sue Porretto, Steven Segal MEMBERS ABSENT: Frank Billings, Dazlene Harber, Lee M. Huber, David Mannon, John C. Wray II. STAFF PRESENT: Dennis Holm, Iris Conway III. CALL TO ORDER: 7:40 P.M. Sue Porretto Minutes of the Meeting • Agenda Item Discussion Action Welcome Porretto called the meeting ~ to order. The owner, Mrs. Richard J. Campo owns both lots and wishes to have each lot remain a building site rather than provide new garage space for the structure being modified. Her reasons: 1) tear down the petition on the back and make a small guest house, and it would meet the criteria of a family dwelling; 2) to modify the Mazk Plagens moved to deny the request for a variance. None Required. A request was made by some of the members for materials to be mailed rather than printed and delivered. This could save the City time and dollazs, and will be discussed at a later date. Adjoumment Michael Neal made a mo- tion to adjourn, Steven Segal seconded, and voting was unanimous.
