stated he was hereto present
disturbing facts. There was a
previous hearing and a special
exception wasn't granted for a
common wall. About January,
1998, those that attended the
hearing assumed that the
townhouses would have spacing
between them.
Discussion on this item continued. No correspondence was received
for this application.

Matters Relating to Docket No. 97- Patrick Grimes, owner of 3126
16, 3126 Wroxton, E50' of Lot 17 Wroxton stated he came in January
& W 10' of Lot 18, Monticello. 1998 and requested to turn the front

University Place sidewalk safety at the intersection

Frank Billings motioned to close
the Public Heazing. Mark Plagens

Discussion on Docket 98-04 Frank Billings reiterated we are
asked to do two things:
1) grant a special exception for a
common wall for a townhouse
development
2) variance requesting the width of
driveway.
Sue Porretto said she was ready to
~ entertain a motion.
Michael Neal seconded the motion,
which was unanimously approved.
Michael Neal made a motion to
deny the variance requests. Mazk
Plagens seconded the motion. All
favored.

Wray; motion carried.

Docket No. 97-16 David Mannon stated that if their
house was over one lot, then they
would be able to put this fence up.
I don't believe we should
jeopazdize the fence, just because
the house is one lot over.
Discussion among members and
others present continued.

Frank Biilings amended the motion
to read as: And in the event this
would make the building site a
rotated corner lot that a variance be
granted to allow a fence to be built,
no closer than the property line to
• • the Buffalo Speedway side and that
the Northwest corner comply with
Sx5 visibility triangle. The
previous action included both
changing the front lot line and that
no structure and no fence be built,
closer than the property line and if
that would make the building site
rotated corner lot that a vaziance be
granted to allow a fence to be built
no closer than the property line
along Buffalo Speedway and the
northwest corner Sx5 visibiliry
triangle be applicable.
David Mannon seconded. All
