Hearing of Residents - Herman Dobbs expressed concern - None Required regarding the Zoning Board's decision to grant a vaziance relating to 3509 Nottingham. Dobbs asked that steps be taken to ensure similar situations do not occur in the future. 3. Legal Notices - Done - Frank Billings moved to accept; Steve Segal seconded. , All favored.
