MEMBERS PRESENT: Steven Segal (voting), Bill Richardson (voting), Mark Plagens (voting), and Frank Billings (voting) II. MEMBERS ABSENT: Michael Neal, Steve Mazoff, Elizabeth Wilder, Carolyn Panebianco, and Rich Langenstein III. STAFF PRESENT: Dennis Mack, Building Official, Neslihan Tesno, Development Coordinator, and Sallye Clark, Planning and Development Assistant IV. CALL TO ORDER: 7:33 p.m. Agenda Item Discussion Action Called the meeting to order Frank Billings moved to accept that all ~ and Protocol.
