Agenda Item Discussion Action i Protocol Sue Poretto called meeting to ordcr. Protocol for the meeting was given and those persons wishing to speak regarding agenda items were swom in. Neslihan Tesno rcported all notices for this meeting had been properly posted in accordance with State Law. Michael Neal made a motion to accept that notices had properly posted for this meeting. Mazk Plagens seconded. Motion passed with all members in agreement. 2 Hearing of the Public None None required 3 Matters relating to Docket 99-05, This agenda item had been tabled tiom the previous meeting, April Dave Mannon motioned to close 5500 Kirby, Lots l6, 17, 18, 19, 20 29, 1999.
