2. Public Hearing of Docket No. 94-03 concerning the property
located at 5933 Wakeforest, Lot 8, Block 5, Rice Court
Addition, a request for a variance to allow a structure
to encroach 3' into the 5' rear utility easement.
3. Public Hearing of Docket No. 94-04 concerning 4207 Albans,
Lot 14, Block 9, College Court Place addition, a request
for a variance to allow a 5' wide open covered porch across
the rear of the house to encroach into the rear 20 ft.
setback.
4. Public Hearing of Docket No. 94-05 concerning 4103 Riley,
Lot 53, Fairhaven Addition, a request for variance to
• authorize a lesser side setback for a garage on a corner
lot.
