ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
MINUTES FROM OCTOBER 21, 1993
REGULAR SESSION
7:30 P.M.
The Zoning Board of Adjustment came to order at 7:30 p.m. with the
following members present: Sterling Minor, Chairman, Sue Porretto,
Frank Billings, Stephen Masera, Rob Peterson, Vic Hansen, Lee
Huber, Arden Morley. Also present John Dougherty, City Attorney,
and from the City Ed Beasley, Building Official.
No residents were present to express opinions regarding any items
that were not on the agenda.
Orientation for the Zoning Board of Adjustment was given by Jim
Dougherty.
Rules of Procedure of Zoning Board of Adjustment were discussed at
this time. Frank Billings recommended that changes be made to
Article III, Section 3 and changes be made to Article VI, Section
2. The members decided to discuss further changes at a later date.
Sue Porretto made a motion to approve the minutes from the
September 16, 1993 meeting with corrections. Motion was seconded
by Steve Masera. Voting was unanimous.
Frank Billings made a motion to adjourn. Motion was seconded by
Sue Porretto. Voting was unanimous.
The meeting adjourned at 9:03 p.~
