MEMBERS Ross Fava(voting), Jay Cohen(voting), Owen Rutz (voting), Francois PRESENT: Daube(voting), Michael Tucker and Harold Rocketto (voting) II. MEMBERS Lawrence Foust, Frank Monacelli and Donald Yurewicz ABSENT: III. STAFF PRESENT: Tommy Ramsey, Legal Counsel, Josie Hayes, Administrative Coordinator and Joseph Newton,Zoning Official IV. CALL TO ORDER: 6:31 p.m. 1. The City Forester has visited the site and concluded that demolishing the existing driveway and constructing a compliant driveway would considerably raise the risk of damage to the Live Oak trees that are situated near the driveway area. 3.
