meeting to order.
2. Hearing of Residents. - No residents present. Christine Cavalier - None Required.
advised Commissioners of Mr. & Mrs.
Jim Wallace's request to be removed
from the agenda for a variance request.
3. Matters Relating to the Building - Edward Menville presented adraft - None taken.
Code. amendment regarding site drainage
regulations which would eliminate
drainage permits. The amendment
would require drainage plans that must
be included in regular building permits
and tighten requirements for drainage
plans by requiring two surveys and
professional engineering. Also the
amendment would provide a "low
impact" exception and provide a possible
waiver of surveying and engineering for
simple plans.

4. Matters relating to the Building - John Reed and Jamie Mann, Wiring - None taken.
Code. Specialists gave an overview of wiring
options for future housing. The current
benefits of fiber optic wiring was
presented and it was suggested that the
minimum standard for wiring homes in
the future be "RG6 quad shield" for
cable and "Cat 5" for telephone.
5. Minutes of Previous Meeting. - None. - Approved as Presented.
6. Adjournment. - 7:45 p.m. - Bryant Slimp moved to
adjourn. Les Albins
