work in the state of Texas.
When the site grading/drainage is
complete, the engineer is to certify that
the work conforms to his design and is
consistent with the City's surface/site
drainage requirements (Sec. 6.405).
Requiring engineers to develop the plan
will result in a greater degree of
consistency and uniformity when
compared to present submittals.
