The engineer must be licensed to perform work in the state of Texas. When the site grading/drainage is complete, the engineer is to certify that the work conforms to his design and is consistent with the City's surface/site drainage requirements (Sec. 6.405). Requiring engineers to develop the plan will result in a greater degree of consistency and uniformity when compared to present submittals. 4. The current benefits of fiber optic wiring was presented and it was suggested that the minimum standard for wiring homes in the future be "R quad shield" for cable and "Cat 5" for telephone. 5. Minutes of Previous Meeting. - None. - Craig DuCote ask for motion to approve the minutes. Craig Hughes made a motion. Les Albin seconded. Ayes: Bryant Slimp, Roy Harper, James W.
