they have been trying to take care of the Tree Deposition and
Demolishing procedure before the house could be demolished.

needed to take care of the house?

4 Matters Relating to the Building Discussion among board members on the progress of the Building None required
Code and Standards Commission Workshop on schedule:
Item: General -Architect required for all new construct ion in
excess of $100K.
It was noted for Rcbar, Number 3 on 12" or better (should match
the City Ordinance Code).
The next schedule meeting will be on December 3, 1998. The
discussion will be on Interior Trim and Cabinets, Stucco, Masonry.
