MEMBERS PRESENT: Craig Hughes, James McDaniel, Bryant Slimp, Roy Harper, Alunad Jan Durrani and Bill May, City Council Liaison II. MEMBERS ABSENT: Jim Collier, Les Albin, and Bill Blum. III.
