I. MEMBERS PRESENT: James McDaniel, Bryant Slimp, Roy Harper, Jim Collier,
Steven Stelzer, Craig Hughes and Les Albin

4. Approval of Minutes. The minutes of the July 20, 2000 Jim Collier moved to approve the nunutes from
the June 1, 2000, meeting. Craig Hughes 2nd.
All voted aye. Motion passed.
5. Matters relating to Dennis Mack reported on the star<is of the Jim Collier moved to approve the agreement as

7. Sub Committee Reports. Demos Mack reported on the activity of the sub- None
committee looking at antler ground utilities.

9. Commission Member Steven Stelzer introduced Cathy :Howard with
Comments Energy Star Homes who explained their energy
- inspection program. Steven suggested that the
commission consider adopting Energy efficency
standards for West University Place.
.Bryant Slimp Raised questions regarding the new

ISO standards. The Comntission wanted this
topic to be placed on the next agenda for
discussion and possible action.
Steven Stelzer ask about the City policy on
giving citizens list of local contractors. Dennis
Mack recommended that the persons requesting
this information be refered to the yellow pages.
The commission indicated that they supported
this policy.
Jiin McDaniel requested that the City update the
WEB site with current names and email
addresses.
