Section 6-353 of the Chapter 6 states that any fence construction on a lot or lots on which no building is located shall be constructed to comply with all of the setback requirements which apply to the location of a residence on such lot or lots. Therefore, the fence would have to be built within the required setback, instead of on the property line. and as a playground. Mrs. Francisco Barrionuevo explained that they want to build a brick column and wrought iron fence to join the two properties together. That presently people were using the lot to dump trash After a brief discussion it was determined that because the Barrionuevo's had already applied for and received a sidewalk and driveway permit to widen their driveway onto the adjoining property it was determined that the driveway is a structure and that the lot ' was now an improved lot, therefore no variance would be necessary and the fence could now be built on the property line. ~~ ' DISCUSSION OF PROPERTY AT 3117 DUKE: After a brief discussion of the property at 3117 Duke.
