BUILDING AND STANDARDS COMMISSION
REGULAR SESSION
3800 UNIVERSITY BLVD.
THURSDAY, DECEMBER 2, 1993
6:30 P.M.
The Building and Standards Commission convened in the Municipal
Building, 3800 University Blvd. in the City of West University
Place on December 2, 1993 for a regular session with the following
regular members and alternates present: Vice Chairman, Craig
Hughes, Evelyn Dravis, Roy Harper, James Todd, Les Albin and James
McDaniel. Absent were Richard Ayres, James Collier, Craig Hughes
and Drew McManigle. Also present from the City were Ed Beasley,
Building Official and Susan Thorn, Building Secretary.
Hearing of Residents:
None present.
Consideration of property located 3100 University, Lot 26, Block
13, Rice Court.
The owners of the property Streller Homes were not present.
M After a brief discussion Les Albin made a.motion to table the
hearing until the Owners could appear before the Board to give more
information about what the Owners are requesting. This motion was
seconded by James Todd.
All voting aye.
Voting No. none.
Les Albin made a motion to approve the minutes from November 4,
1993. This motion was seconded by Roy Harper.
All voting aye.
Voting No. none.
Roy Harper made a motion to adjourn. This motion was seconded by
Evelyn Dravis.
All voting aye.
Voting No. none.
The meeting adjourned at 6:45 p.m.
