Notice of Building & Standards Commission Meeting
Notice is hereby given that the Building & Standards Commission (BSC) and members
of the City Council of the City of West University Place, Texas will hold a meeting on:
February 2, 2006
Beginning at 6:00 P.M.
In the Municipal Building, Bill Watson Conference Room,
Located at 3800 University Blvd, West University Place, Texas 77005.
The subjects of the meeting are as follows:

1. Notices, Rules, Etc. Matters relating to notices, rules, meeting procedures and identifying
parties.
2. Meetin~ Minutes. Matters relating to meeting minutes from the December 1, 2005 and
January 11, 2006 BSC meetings.
3. Animal Re~istration Revocation Hearin~. Matters relating to an appeal of an animal
registration revocation owned by William J. & Margaret Eggleston, residing at 6403
• Sewanee.
4. Technical Code Schedule Amendments. Matters relating to possible amendments of the
Technical Code Schedule as they relate to the adoption of International Fire Codes, 2003
edition and local amendments of the International Fire Codes, 2003 edition.
5. Structural. Matters relating to framing and general structural requirements of the
regulations, and draft amendments of the Technical Code Schedule.
6. Flood Prevention and Protection. Matters relating to the base flood elevations, flood
insurance, minimum slab heights, floodways, flood plains and ordinance amendments, etc.
