Notice is hereby given that the Building & Standards Commission (BSC) and members
of the City Council of the City of West University Place, Texas will hold a meeting on:
April 6, 2006
Beginning at 6:00 P.M.
In the Municipal Building, Bill Watson Conference Room,
Located at 3800 University Blvd, West University Place, Texas 77005.
The subjects of the meeting are as follows:

1. Notices, Rules, Etc. Matters relating to notices, rules, meeting procedures and identifying
parties.
2. Variance Request. Matters relating to a variance request by H.J. and Aggie L. Foster to
locate a swimming pool less than five feet from the property line at 3715 Tangley.
3. Technical Code Amendments. Matters relating to modifications to the Technical Code
Schedule (International Codes and amendments).
~ 4. Flood Protection and Prevention Ordinance. Matters relating to floodplain, flood zones,
base flood elevations, adoption of ordinance, and workshop to discuss items.
5. Meeting Minutes. Matters relating to meeting minutes from the February 2, 2006 meeting.

MENTIONED ABOVE IS ACCESSIBLE BY WHEEL CHAIRS BY USING THE SLOPED
RAMP LOCATED AT THE WEST ENTRANCE TO THE MUNICIPAL BUILDING.
SPECIALLY- MARKED PARKING SPACES ARE AYAILABLE IN THE PARKING LOT
ADJOINING UNIVERSITY BOULEVARD. SPECIALLY MARKED PARKING SPACES
ARE AVAILABLE IN THE PARKING LOT ADJOINING UNIVERSITY BOULEVARD.
