Municipal Building, Bill Watson Conference Room 3800 University Boulevard, West University Place, Texas The subjects of the meeting are as follows: 1. Call to Order. Report as to notice of ineeting. 2. Citizens who wish to be heard. Citizens who wish to address items that are not on the agenda will be permitted to speak to the BSC after introducing themselves and giving their address. State ~law will not pernut the BSC to fully discuss debate or consider items that are not on the agenda. Items that cannot be referred to the City Staff for action may be placed on • the agenda of a future BSC meeting. 3. Citizens who wish to address agenda items. Citizens who wish to address specific agenda items will be permitted to speak to the BSC after introducing themselves and giving their address. 4. Designation of voting members. Matters relating to the designation of Voting Members for this meeting. 5. Meeting Minutes. Matters relating to the approval of minutes from the April 4, 2002 meeting. 6. Independent Review of Construction Plans. Matters relating to the City engaging outside professional engineering services to review those portions of construction plans that have been sealed by a Licensed Professional Engineer. 7. Building Standards Questionnaire/Survey. Matters relating to a recommendadon to Council for the City to conduct a survey of residents regarding their opinions about the construction of their homes by contractors. 8. Construction Practices. Matters relating to the discussion of PVC construction practices. Matters relating to the review of the Building Code to identify possibilities for change that would encourage retention of old stock. 10. Liaison Reports.
