Notice of Building & Standards Commission Meeting
Notice is hereby given that the Building & Standards Commission (BSC) and members
of the City Council of the City of West University Place, Texas will meet in Regular
Session on:
Thursday, November 6th, 2003
. 6:00 P.M.
Municipal Building, Bill Watson Conference Room
3800 University Blvd, West University Place, Texas 77005
The subjects of the meeting are as follows:

1. Notices, Rules, Etc. Matters relating to notices, rules, meeting procedures and identifying
parties. ~
2. Public Items. Members of the public have asked for time at this meeting for:
a. Matters related to faulty construction by George Goettee, (Goettee
Construction.) Requested by Rosa Kym.
3. Meeting Minutes. Matters relating to meeting minutes from the October 2nd, 2003 BSC
meeting.
4. Rules and Procedures. Matters relating to the rules and procedures of the Building
Standazds Commission.
5. Framing Requirements. Matters related to first floor framing requirements.
