Notice is hereby given that the Building & Standards Commission (BSC) and members
of the City Council of the City of West University Place, Texas will hold a meeting on:
March 2, 2004
Beginning at 6:00 P.M.
In the Public Works Building, In the Public Works Conference Room,
Located ~t 3826 Amherst Street, West University Place, Texas 77005.
The subjects of the meeting are as follows:
[Call to Order.J
l. Workshon Meeting. A workshop committee set up by the Building Standards Commission
to discuss matters relating to A) Update on West University Historical society conversations.
B) Discussion on old stock housing. C) Develop a preliminary draft of old stock housing
definitions, age requirements and remodeling status etc. D) Discussion of proposals that
could be presented to City Council for relief for owners of old stock housing.
