Notice is hereby given that the Building & Standards Commission (BSC) and members
of the City Council of the City of West University Place, Texas will hold a meeting on:
December 2nd, 2004
Beginning at 6:00 P.M.
In the Municipal Building, Bill Watson Conference Room,
Located at 3800 University Blvd, West University Place, Texas 77005.
The subjec~R of the meeting are as follows:

l. Notices, Rules, Etc. Matters relating to notices, rules, meeting procedures and identifying
parties.
2. Meetin~ Minutes. Matters relating to meeting minutes from the November 4`h, 2004 BSC
meeting. ~ ~
3. Matters Relating to the Buildin~ Standard Commission Recommendations and Status
Report• A) Status of 2630 Tangley Street: '
• 4. Variance Reauest. Matters relating to a variance request at 6615 Westchester Street.
Applicant Suzanne aud Douglas Koch. ~egazding two large Pecan trees and the cost of the
replacement inches requested by the City.
5. Foundations. Matters relating to foundations, soil testing, piers, etc. A) Ordinance
Amendments. B) Related matters.
6. Base Flood Elevations. Matters relating to the base flood elevations, minimum slab heights,
floodways and ordinance amendments.
7. Structural. Matters relating to structural and framing requirements.
