Notice is hereby given that the Building & Standards Commission (BSC) and members
of the City Council of the City of West University Place, Texas will hold a meeting on:
February 3~d, 2005
Beginning af 6:00 P.M.
In the Municipal Building, Bill Watson Conference Room,
Located at 3800 University Blvd, West University Place, Texas 77005.
The subjects of the meeting are as follows:

1. Notices, Rules, Etc. Matters relating to notices, rules, meeting procedures and identifying
parties.
2. Workshon Meetin~ Minutes. Matters relating to the Sh-~ictural Workshop meeting minutes
from December 13~ , 2004 and the Structural and Base Flood Elevations workshop meeting
minutes from the January 10`h, 2005 BSC meetings.
3. Meeting Minutes. Matters relating to meeting minutes from the January 6~~', 2005 BSC
• meeting.
4. Variance Request. Matters relating to a variance request at 3115 Albans Road. Applicant
Mr. Cameron Kreager with Cameron Builders.
5. Matters Relating to the Building Standard Commission Recommendations and Status
Report• A) Update on the draft amendment of the Standard Code Schedule regarding
foundations with revisions, dated 11-29-04. ~B) Update on the conditions at 2630 Tangley
Street regarding the quasijudicial enforcement proceedings.
6. Base Flood Elevations. Matters relating to the base flood elevations, minimum slab heights,
floodways and ordinance amendments.
7. Structural. Matters relating to structural and general framing requirements.
