A RESOL.UTION REAPPOINTING MEM.BERS TO TI-IE BOARD OF DIRECTO.RS OF TI-IE
FRIEN.DS OF WEST UNIV.ERSITY PARKS .FUND, INC., A NON-PROFIT CO.RPO:RATION
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WEST UNIVERSITY PLACE:
Section 1. That the following persons are reappointed to serve as Inel.nbers of the
Board of Directors of the Friends of West University Parks Fund, .Inc., a non-profit corporation,
for a. specific tenn of the specific position indicated below:

repealed to the extent of the conflicts only.

this resolution or the application thereof to any person or CirCUlTIstance, shall ever be held to be
inval id or 1I nconstitutional by any COU It of com petent j u risd iction, the refl1ain der of th is resoJ ution
and the application of sllch word, phrase, clause, sentence, paragraph, section or other part of this
resolution to any other persons or CirClllTIstances shall not be affected thereby.
Section 4. The City Council officially finds, detennines and declares that a sufficient
written notice of the date, hour, place and subject of each nleeting at wh ieh tl1 is resolution was
disclIssed, considered or acted upon was given in the manner required by the Texas Open
Meetings Act, as alnended, and that each such lneeting has been open to the public as required by
law at all tilues during such discussion, consideration and action~ The City Council ra.tifies,
approves and COnfirlTIS such notices and the contents and posting thereof.
