A RESOLU"TION APPOINTIN"G A MEMBER TO TH""E SENIOR SERVICES BOARD
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WEST UNIVERSITY PLACE:
Section 1. That the following person is appointed to serve as a Inenlber of the Senior
Services Board for a specific tenll of the specific position indicated below, under and subject to
Chapter 2, as last alnended by Ordinance 1686~

Section 26 All reso lutions and parts of reso"lutions in conflict herewith are hereby
repealed to the extent of the conflicts only~
Section 3. If any word, ph rase~ clause, sentence, paragraph, section or other part of
this resolution or the application thereof to any person or CirClllTIstance, shall ever be held to be
invalid or unconstitutional by any court of cOlnpetent jurisd iction, the renlainder of this resolution
and the app lication of such word, phrase, clause, sentence, paragraph, section or other palt of th is
resolution to any other persons or CirClllTIstances shall not be affected thereby.
Section 4~ The City Council officially finds, deternlilles and declares that a sufficient
written notice of the date, hour, place and subject of each ll1eeting at which this resoJution ,vas
discussed, considered or acted upon was given in the 111anner required by the Texas Open
Meetings Act, as alnended, and that each such Ineeting has been open to the public as required by
law at all tiInes during such discussion, consideration and action~ The C"ity Council ratifies't
approves and confirlns such notices and the contents and posting thereof.
