FRIENDS OF WEST UNIVERSITY PARI(S FUND, IN.C., A NON-PROFIT CORPO.RA T'.lON
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TT-IE
CITY OF WEST UNIVERSITY PLACE:
Section .1 ~ That the following person is appointed to serve as a ll1enlber of the Board
of .Directors of the Friends of West .University Parks Fund, Il1c.~ a non-profit corporation, for a

inval id or unconstitutional by any court of C0l11petent jurisdiction, the relllainder of th is resoh.ltion

resolution to any other persons or CirC1UTIstances shaH not be affected thereby.
Section 4. The City COllne-il officially finds, detenll ines and declares that a sufficient
