A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING A REPLACEMENT MEMBER OF THE
WORKING GROUP FOR CABLE TELEVISION FRANCHISE RENEWAL
PROCEEDINGS AND CONTAINING FINDINGS AND PROVISIONS RELATING
TO THE SUBJECT.
WHEREAS, the City Council has previously commenced renewal proceedings for
the cable television franchise of Time Warner Cable (TWC) and has designated a
working group; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to fill a vacancy on the working group;
NOW THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST
UNIVERSITY PLACE:
Section 1 ~ The City Council designates Teresa W. Foqler to serve on the
working group for the cable television franchise renewal, to serve in place of former
CounciJ Member Marilyn Griffin.
Section 2. All resolutions and parts of resolutions in conflict with this resolution
are repealed to the extent of the conflict only.
Section 3. This resolution takes effect immediately upon its passage and
sig nature.
