A RESOL.UTION APPOINTING MEMBERS TO THE ZONING AND PLANNING COMMISSION
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WEST UNIVERSITY PLACE:
Section 1 ~ The following persons are appointed to serve as Inelubers of the Zoning and .Planning
COllllnission for a specific tenn of the specific position indicated below, under and subject to Article V of the
City Charter, the Zoning Ordinance of the City and applicable State Law.

Section 4. If any word, phrase~ clause, sentence, paragraph, section or other part of this resolution
or the application thereof to any person or CirCUlTIstance, shall eVer be held to be inval.id or unconstitutional by
any court of COlnpetent jurisdiction, the reJnainder of this resolution and the application of such word, phrase,
clause, sentence, paragraph, section or other part of this resolution to any other persons or CirClUTIstances shall
not be affected thereby.
Section 5. The City Council officially finds, detennines and declares that a sufficient written
notice of the date, hour, place and subject of each tneeting at which this resolution was d.iscussed, considered or
acted upon was given in the Inanner required by the Texas Open Meetings Act~ as alnended~ and that each such
tueeting has been open to the public as required by law at all titues during slIch disclIssion, consideration and
action~ The City Council ratifies, approves and confinTIs such notices and the contents and posting thereo[
