A RESOLUTION APPOINTING MEMBERS TO THE ZONING BOARD OF A.DJUSTMENT
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WEST UNIVERSITY PLACE:
Section 1. That the following persons are appointed to serve as Inelnbers of the Zoning Board
of Adjusttnent for specific te.f1TIS of the specific position indicated below, under and subject to A11icle V of
the City Charter, the Zoning Ordinance of the City and applicable State Law.

Section 2. Each board or cOITIlnission is requested to nOlninate a slate of other officers to be
approved by the City Counci.l~
Section 3. All resolutions and palts of resolutions in conflict herewith are hereby repealed to
the extent of the conflicts only.
Section 4. If any word, phrase, clause, sentence, paragraph, section or other part of this
resolution or the application thereof to any person or cirCLllnstance, shall ever be held to be invalid or
unconstitutional by any court of COlnpetent jurisdiction, the retnainder of this resolution and the application
of such word, phrase, clause, sentence, paragraph, section or other part ofthjs resolution to any other persons
or circumstances shall not be affected thereby.
Section 5. The City Council officially finds, determines and declares that a sufficient written
notice of the date, hour, place and subject of each meeting at which th.is resolution was discussed, considered
or acted upon was given in the manner required by the Texas Open Meetings Act, as alnended, and that each
such lneeting has been open to the public as required by law at all tilnes during sllch discussion,
consideration and action. The City Council rat.ifi.es, approves and COnfirlTIS such notices and the contents
and posting thereof
