A RESOLUTION APPOINTING AND REAPPOINTING MEMBERS TO THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF ~THE FRIENDS OF WEST UNIVERSITY 'p ARKS FUND, INC., A NON-
PROFIT CORPORATION
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WEST UNIVERSITY PLACE:
Section 1. That the following persons are appointed and reappointed to serve as
Inelnbers of the Board ofDjrectors of the Friends of West University Parks Fund, Inc., a non-profit
corporation, for a specific terlll of the specific position indicated below:

Section 2. All reso lutiol1s and parts of resolutions in cantl ict herewith are hereby
repealed to the extent of the conflicts only.
Section 3~ - If any word, phrase, clause, sentence, paragraph, section or other part of
this resolution or the application thereof to any person or circunlstance, shall ever be held to be
in valid or unconstitutional by any court of COlnpetent j urisd iction, the relnainder of this reso I utian
and the app I ication of such word, phrase, clause, sentence, paragraph, section or other part of this
resolution to any other persons or circulnstances shall not be affected thereby.
Section 4~ The City Council officially finds, deternlines and declares that a sufficient
written notice of the date, hour, place and subject of each 111eeting at which this resolution was
discllssed~ considered or acted upon was given in the lnanner required by the Texas Open
Meetings Act, as alnended, and that each slIch 11leeting has been open to the public as required by
law at all titnes during such discussion, consideration and action. The City Council ratifies,
approves and confirnls such notices and the contents and posting thereof.
