A RESOLUTION APPOINTING MEMBERS TO THE FRIENDS OF WEST UNIVERSITY
PARKS FUND, ANON-PROFIT CORPORATION
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WEST UNIVERSITY PLACE:
Secti.on 1. That the following persons are appointed to serve as Inelnbers of the
Friends of West University Parks Fund for a specific terln of the specific position indicated
below:

Section 2. AU resoluti.ons and parts of resolutions in conflict herewith are hereby
repealed to the extent of the conflicts only.
Section 3. If any word, phrase, clause, sentence, paragraph, section or other part of
this resolution or the application thereof to any person or cirCtUllstance, shan ever be held to be
il1val id or unconstitutional by any court of CQln petent jurisdiction, the remainder of this
resolution and the application of sue]] word, phrase, clause, sentence, paragrapl1, section or other
part of this resolution to any other persons or circumstances shall not be affected thereby.
Section 4. The City Council officially finds, detennines and declares that a
sufficient written notice of the date, hour, place and subject of each Ineeting at which this
resolution was discussed, considered or acted upon was given in the Inanner required by the
Texas Open Meetings Act, as amended, and that each such Ineeting has been open to the public
as required by law at all tilnes during such discussion, consideration and action~ The City
Counci.l ratifies, approves and confirms such notices and the contents and posting thereof A
