A RESOLUTION APPOINTING A .MEMBER TO THE ZONING AND PLANNING
COMMISSION
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WEST UNIVERSITY PLACE:
Section 1. The following person is appointed to serve as a lnember of the Zoning
and Planning Commission for a specific terlTI of the specific position indicated below~ under and
subject to Article V of the City Charter, the Zoning Ordinance of the City and applicable State
Law.

Section 2. All resolutions and palts of resolutions .in conflict herewith are hereby
repealed to the extent of the confl i.cts on ly.
Section 3. If any word, phrase, clause, sentence, paragraph, section or other part of
this resolution or the application thereof to any person or circulnstance, shall ever be held to be
invalid or unconstitutional by any court of COlnpete.l1t jurisdiction, the relnainder of th is
resolution and the application of such word, phrase, clause, sentence, paragraph, section or other
part of this resolution to any other persons or circumstances shall not be affected thereby~
Section 4. The City CounciJ officially finds, detenn ines and declares that a
sufficient written notice of the date, hour, place and subject of each Ineeting at which this
resolution was discussed, considered or acted upon was g.iven in the manner required by the
Texas Open Meetings Act, as alnended, and that each sllch tneeting has been open to the public
as required by law at all thnes during such discussion, consideration and action. The City
Council ratifies, approves and confirnls such notices and the contents and posting thereof.
