A RESOLUTION REAPPOINTING A MEMBER TO THE BUILDING AND STANDARDS
COMMISSION
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WEST UNIVERSITY PLACE:
Section 1. That the following person is reappointed to serve as a lnelnber of the
Building and Standards COlnmission for a specific term of the specific position indicated below~
under Chapter 6 of the Code of Ordinances and Chapter 54 of the Texas Local Governlnent
Code.

Section 2. All resolutions and parts of resolutions in conflict herewith are hereby
repealed to the extent of the conflicts only.
Section 3. If any word, phrase, clause, sentence~ paragraph, section or other part of
this resolution or the application thereof to any person or CirCUlTIstallce, shall ever be held to be
invalid or unconstitutional by any court of cOIn petent j 11 risdiction, the reIn ai nder of this
resolution and the application of such word, phrase, clause, sentence, paragraph, section or other
part of this resolution to any other persons or circumstances shall not be affected thereby ~
Section 4. The City Council officially finds~ deternlines and declares that a
suffi.cient written notice of the date, hour, place and subject of each 111eeting at which this
resolution was discussed, considered or acted upon was given in the lnanner required by the
Texas Open Meetings Act, as amended, and that each such Ineeting has been open to the public
as required by law at aU tilnes during such discussion, consideration and action. The City
Council ratifies, approves and confirn1s sllch notices and the contents and posting thereof.
