A RESOL.UTION APPOINTING AN.D REAPPOINTING MEMBERS TO THE ZONING
BOARD OF ADJUST.MENT
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WEST UNNERSITY PLACE:
Section 1. That the following persons are appointed and reappointed to serve as .
tuem.bers of the Zoning Board of Adjustnlent for specific terlTIS of the specific position indicated
below, under and subject to Article V of the City Charter, the Zoning Ordinance of the City and
applicable State Law.

Section 2. All resolutions and parts of resolutions in conflict herewith are hereby
repealed to the extent of the conflicts only.
Section 3. If any word, phrase, clause, sentence, paragraph, section or other palt of
this resolution or the application thereof to any person or circumstance, shal.l ever be held to be
invalid or unconstitutional by any court of cOlnpetent jurisdiction, the relnainder of this
resolution and the application of such word, phrase, clause, sentence, paragraph, section or other
palt of this resolution to any other persons or CirCUlTIstances shall not be affected thereby.
Section 4. The City Council officially fi.nds, detennines and declares that a
sufficient written notice of the date, hour, place and subject of each n1eeting at which this
resolution was discussed, considered or acted upon was given in the Inanner required by the
Texas Open Meetings Act, as amended, and that each such Ineeting has been open to the public
as required by law at all times during such discussion, consideration and action. The City
Council ratifies, approves and confirms such notices and the contents and posting thereof.
